Food was amazing! I got steak n peppers over rice with mac and collards. Everything was so flavorful! This was my 1st visit and surely not my last! I highly recommend it!!! Update 1/29 BABY I got the meatloaf for the first time and I swear to you I'm going to get this meatloaf every time it's on the menu. I don't even like meatloaf when I say I am ready to go up there and get a second round delicious so delicious always delicious. They show out every time Like I don't know how a TV show hasn't discovered them and put them on the map because seriously is so good! 8/17 Everytime I see a food reviewer and they go somewhere in ATL and the food is only okay, I always comment "Try Da Menu in Douglasville!". I don't do cat fish. I can count on 2 hands how many times I've had catfish and BABY! I get it at least once a week. Here you can see I got the catfish that was fried to perfection, fried corn (my least favorite), Mac, greens, and potato salad. 10 out of 10 Everytime!

This place is bomb. Definitely a must try. Absolutely delicious. I ordered the pork chops, with greens, & Mac & Cheese. Very good! Definitely will be back. Service was great as well!

I tried the pork chop plate, which came with two chops. They were perfectly seasoned, tender, and crispy, just the way I like them! The macaroni and cheese was creamy and delicious, and the green beans, cooked with potatoes, had great flavor. I also had collard greens, which were okay, but everything else really stood out. The cornbread was especially good, especially the perfect finishing touch. Overall, it was a really good meal that I’d definitely order again.

Delicious food! I was recommended by the owner’s uncle to visit Da Menu since he knew I was coming to Atlanta. The drive here straight from the airport was worth it! I can’t wait to tell his uncle all about my experience.

Visiting from Arkansas and saw reviews of this restaurant on social media. Since we were passing through, decided to give it a try. While it looks like a place you order and pick up to-go, there is a long table by the windows with some chairs for you to wait…and perhaps eat inside (assuming you can eat inside). They have the regular menu offerings and then the TV display that shows the current specials of the day. Husband ordered cabbage with his turkey wings, but received collards. He says the yams were excellent, the wings very tender but needed more seasoning along with the rice. I got the oxtails, which could have been more tender. And again more seasoning needed on the meat and rice. The Mac&cheese was excellent! Greens had a good taste, although they could have been cut up more. I personally don’t like eating half leaves. My boys had shrimp and fish and they said it was good. They gave us the corn bread, but one was completely burnt on the bottom. Overall, we would go back. The amount of food that you get is insane! So I felt I got my monies worth!
